This comprehensive one-day training takes place during the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, reinforcing the call for workplaces to become safe, respectful, and inclusive environments for all.
The Code of Good Practice on the Prevention and Elimination of Harassment in the Workplace introduces vital principles that guide how employers must prevent, manage, and eliminate harassment. It also sets out the potential consequences for non-compliance — making it essential for all organisations to understand and apply the Code effectively.
🎯 Purpose of the Course
The course provides practical insight into the Code’s objectives, legal framework, and procedures to ensure compliance. Delegates will gain the knowledge and tools to build workplaces free from bullying, sexual harassment, and other forms of misconduct.

👥 Facilitators
Qaqamba Moeletsi is an experienced Labour Law Specialist with over 15 years of expertise in Employment Law, Labour Relations, Litigation. Renowned for providing strategic guidance to C-suit executives, HR leaders, and boards on complex labour matters, including compliance, dispute resolution, restructuring, and risk management. She has over 10 year’s experience providing training with excellent reviews from attendees.
She is also accredited mediator currently working on Rule 41A mediations. Qaqamba has done over 10 training workshops on harassment just this year. Qaqamba will be joined by and an IR practitioner and an Advocate to cover this topic.
