This e-learning training will introduce you to the CCMA and how the mandate and power of the CCMA helps in the arbitration and resolution of work-related disputes. We will look at the dispute and arbitration processes in detail.
During the course of the module, you will have the opportunity to reflect on topics discussed however you are not tracked or scored.
Duration: 45 minutes.
At the end of this course, you will be tested with an assessment. A minimum of 80% is required to pass.
On completion of the course and assessment, you will receive a downloadable completion certificate.
